Your clients expect the best. And if you want to stay competitive and keep them coming back, you’ll need to wow them with incredible results every time.

Catering to modern women means always being at the top of your game and comfortable with the best and newest techniques that hit the market – and we are going to help you with that.

Hairlaya Hand-Tied Certification Program

We have created our hand-tied extension course for hairstylists who strive to be the best in their field. Of course, you already know that hand-tied extensions are considered the highest quality and most natural-looking extensions and that they are much more gentle than tape-in ones, so taking our classes is a smart investment into your future.

Our hair-extension course consists of three parts, all of which offer a different way of learning, but the best thing is that they were designed to complement each other.

1. Hand-tied prerecorded course

You can take this course in your own time, and it covers all the steps of the hair extension process, from the initial consultation to the removal. And, as a bonus, it comes with a FREE hand-tied starter kit.

2. Offline hands-on classes

Come to one of our offline hands-on classes led by our pro instructors in Louisville, KY, Clearwater, FL, or Port Jefferson Station, NY, if you want to cement your knowledge with practical training.

3. Zoom Live Open Class

We know that not everyone might be able to travel to one of our physical locations for a hand-tied extension course, so every 2-3 weeks, we will have a Zoom LIVE class to help stylists be confident with offering hand-tied extensions to their clients. The live open class is FREE for all Hairlaya certified stylists & pro stylists.

Our instructors will show you the solutions to some of the most common challenges you might encounter while installing hand-tied extensions in these live classes. In addition, they will share their expert tips and tricks, comment on your work, and you will be able to ask any questions that might arise. They are a natural part of any learning process, and getting them answered by professionals will propel you faster towards your goal of becoming a hand-tied hair extension expert.

Why attend the LIVE class?

The LIVE class will be an effective supplement to our prerecorded hair extension course. If you are not confident to offer a high-quality hand-tied service to your clients after the prerecorded course, this LIVE class will provide ongoing support and help you further sharpen your hand-tied skills.

This live hair extension class will cover different topics related to hand-tied application, from consultation to cutting, blending, coloring, and styling hand-tied extensions, even how to utilize social media to drive you more traffic.

How can you benefit from it?

Learning with an instructor is perhaps the most efficient way of improving your skills. Questions may arise as you go, some things might be unclear at first, or you might just prefer an actual person to guide you through the steps. Simply put, nothing can substitute live help from an instructor.

For the best results, we suggest that you:

  1. Prepare a list of questions for the Q&A and take your work with you.
  2. Have a mannequin, practice hair, and all your tools on hand.
  3. Make sure you are in a quiet space where no one will disturb you.
  4. Add the meeting schedule to your calendar.

We are proud of the versatile learning environment we created, and we hope you will join us on this exciting journey into improving your skills and upgrading the service you offer your clients.
