Hairlaya's 6-Month Warranty Policy

At Hairlaya, we are committed to delivering the highest quality hair extensions. Our products undergo thorough inspection and quality control before leaving our facility, allowing us to offer one of the most competitive warranty policies in the industry.

Warranty Coverage

  1. 6-Month Limited Warranty:
    All Hairlaya extensions are covered by a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of invoice. Manufacturing defects include:

    • Inversion
    • Excessive shedding
    • Tangling
    • Discoloration
  2. Defective Product Claims:

    • Claims must be submitted within 6 months of the original invoice date.
    • To file a claim, customers must provide clear images or videos that demonstrate the issue. There is no need to return the product.
    • Once the claim is reviewed and approved by our quality control team, a replacement product will be sent. Refunds are not available under this policy.
  3. Warranty Resolution:

    • Hairlaya reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the claim and the appropriate replacement based on the provided evidence.
    • Claims cannot be submitted after the 6-month warranty period.

Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover the following non-manufacturing defects:

  • Improper application or usage, including incorrect hair coloring, cutting, or styling.
  • Physical damage resulting from alterations to the original product.
  • Product modification or repair.
  • Damage caused by excessive heat or improper care.

Additional Terms

  • Natural Fading: Hair colors may naturally fade over time and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Salon/Stylist Communication: The Hairlaya Warranty applies exclusively to salons and stylists and does not extend to end consumers.

HAIRLAYA DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPRESS WARRANTIES, STATUTORY WARRANTIES, AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL HAIRLAYA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE PRODUCT OR YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.
